TERMS & CONDITIONS

Standard Terms for the Purchase of Online and Taught Courses, Memberships, Coaching, Retreats, and Related Services
These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by BlueHaus Studios, LLC DBA Ashley June Co (“Ashley June Co”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any Membership, Coaching Program, Online Course, Retreat, Digital Product, Workshop, Event, or other Service offered by Ashley June Co.


These Terms are in addition to the Website Disclaimer and apply to the sale of any Membership, Coaching Program, Online Course, or Taught Course. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing any services and retain a copy for your records.

If there is any conflict between our Website Disclaimer, these Terms and Conditions, and any Course Specific Terms and Conditions, the following order of priority shall apply:

Website Disclaimer

For purchases made through our website, by clicking “Accept”, “Submit”, “Purchase”, or any similar confirmation button, you agree to the terms of this agreement which will be legally binding.


If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue purchasing any Services from us.

1. Definitions

Confidential Information
Information provided by one party to the other in written, graphic, recorded, machine-readable, or other form concerning business operations, clients, suppliers, finances, or other proprietary areas, including Course Materials. This excludes information already publicly available, legally required disclosures, or information already in possession of the receiving party.


Course Materials
Any information provided by Ashley June Co to accompany a course, membership, coaching program, retreat, or service in hard copy or electronic form.


Fees
The amount paid by you for any services offered by Ashley June Co.


Intellectual Property Rights
Includes copyright, trademarks, patents, database rights, performer rights, design rights, and other intellectual property rights globally.


Online Course
Delivery of educational content remotely through digital platforms.


Services
The provision of Online Courses, Taught Courses, Memberships, Coaching Programs, Retreats, Course Materials, or any other service offered by Ashley June Co.


Taught Course
A course or event taught in person.


Website

You
The individual purchasing Services.

2. The Services

A description of Services and start dates is available on the Website.


Ashley June Co will provide the Services with reasonable care and professional skill in accordance with the description set out on the Website.


Ashley June Co reserves the right to modify, update, substitute, or withdraw Services at any time without notice.


You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine whether the Services meet your needs.


Ashley June Co does not guarantee specific results, professional qualifications, employment opportunities, financial outcomes, or business success resulting from participation in any Services.

3. Ordering Services

To purchase Services online you must register for an account on the Website.


By placing an order you are offering to purchase Services under these Terms and Conditions.


Ashley June Co reserves the right to cancel or decline any order at any time prior to confirmation.


A legally binding agreement is formed when:


• we confirm your purchase by email

• payment has been successfully received


If your order includes multiple services, each service will be treated as a separate purchase agreement.


Ashley June Co is not responsible for booking examinations, certifications, or licensing with any third-party organizations.

Digital Product Delivery


Upon successful purchase, digital materials, memberships, and online programs are considered delivered when access is granted to the member portal, community platform, or digital product area.


Ashley June Co is not responsible for failure to access materials due to incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or failure to log into the platform. If you do not receive access, you must contact support within three (3) days of purchase.

4. Cancellation, Refunds and Payment Obligations

Ashley June Co operates a strict NO-REFUND policy under all circumstances.


By purchasing any service you acknowledge that:


• digital products cannot be returned

• course materials become immediately accessible

• coaching services reserve dedicated time and resources


If a payment plan is selected, you are entering into a legally binding financial agreement and remain responsible for the entire program cost regardless of participation or completion.


Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in:


• suspension of services

• revocation of access to communities, calls, or events

• collections action

• additional collection fees of 20% of the balance due


Retreat tickets (in person or virtual) cannot be canceled or refunded.


Tickets may be transferred to another Ashley June Co student upon approval, but if no replacement participant is found, you remain financially liable.

Nonpayment constitutes a material breach of this agreement.


Ashley June Co reserves the right to send unpaid balances to collections with an additional twenty percent (20%) collection fee added to the remaining balance owed.


Participants are responsible for any costs related to collection efforts including administrative fees, legal fees, and attorney fees.


Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute will result in a $50 dispute processing fee and does not cancel your financial obligation.


Ashley June Co reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available to recover unpaid balances.

5. Payment Plans and Acceleration Clause

Payment plans are offered solely as a convenience and represent a commitment to pay the full program price over time, not installment access.


If any payment becomes more than ten (10) days overdue, Ashley June Co reserves the right to declare the entire remaining balance immediately due and payable in full.


Ashley June Co may suspend or terminate access to all services, materials, events, memberships, and coaching sessions until the outstanding balance is resolved.

6. Fees

Fees are listed on the Website.


Unless otherwise specified, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and additional costs.


Payment is processed at the time of purchase.


Ashley June Co is not responsible for fees charged by payment providers.


You are responsible for costs associated with attending in-person events or accessing online programs.

7. Liability

No part of Ashley June Co services constitutes:


• investment advice
• legal advice
• financial advice
• medical advice
• therapy or counseling


Ashley June Co is not responsible for:


• inaccuracies in materials
• loss of data
• loss of profits or revenue
• indirect or consequential damages


Participation does not guarantee health, financial, business, or relationship outcomes.


All information is used at your own risk.


Ashley June Co’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in dispute.


Claims must be made within six months of the service completion date.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials and program content remain the intellectual property of Ashley June Co.


You may not:

• reproduce
• distribute
• resell
• record
• broadcast
• modify
• teach from the materials


Violation may result in immediate termination of access.


You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

Recording Consent


By participating in Ashley June Co programs, events, or membership sessions, you acknowledge that sessions may be recorded for educational, training, or member access purposes.


You grant Ashley June Co permission to record and distribute these recordings within the membership or educational platforms.

Use of Technology, AI Tools, and Content Processing


Ashley June Co may use various technology platforms and tools to deliver, store, process, or enhance program materials and recordings. This may include, but is not limited to, transcription services, artificial intelligence tools, and content processing platforms such as AI language models (including ChatGPT or similar technologies), video hosting platforms, and digital content management systems.


Recorded sessions, coaching calls, workshops, or community events may be uploaded, processed, transcribed, summarized, or formatted using these technologies for the purpose of improving member access, creating transcripts, generating summaries, organizing educational materials, or enhancing the overall learning experience.


By participating in Ashley June Co programs, memberships, events, or sessions, you acknowledge and consent to the use of such technologies for processing recordings and program materials.


Ashley June Co will take reasonable steps to protect participant privacy but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality when third-party technology platforms are used to process recordings or digital content.


Participants agree that recordings and content derived from program sessions may be used within Ashley June Co platforms, memberships, or educational resources.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.


Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

Community Privacy


Members may have access to private discussions, shared experiences, and confidential conversations within community spaces.


Participants agree to respect the privacy of other members and not share, distribute, or disclose private conversations, recordings, or personal information shared within the community without permission.


Violation of this policy may result in removal from the program without refund.

10. Termination

Ashley June Co may terminate participation if you:


• fail to make payments
• harass staff or members
• plagiarize materials
• engage in fraudulent activity
• damage property
• violate community guidelines


Termination does not eliminate financial obligations.

11. Assignment

Services are personal and cannot be transferred without written permission.


Ashley June Co may assign these terms to another company without notice.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Website Disclaimer and Course Specific Terms, represent the entire agreement between the parties.

13. Force Majeure

Ashley June Co is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control including natural disasters, illness, strikes, or government action.

14. Data Protection

Ashley June Co collects personal information necessary to deliver services including contact details and website usage information.

We do not sell personal data.


Reasonable security measures are used but we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

15. Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by United States and Colorado law.


Disputes shall be resolved in Fort Collins, Colorado courts.

16. Sanctuary Membership Terms

The Sanctuary is a membership community operated by Ashley June Co that provides educational resources, expert sessions, coaching discussions, and community interaction for Christian women entrepreneurs.


Participation may include:


• expert workshops
• coaching calls
• community discussions
• educational materials

Educational and Coaching Disclaimer

All content within The Sanctuary is for educational and informational purposes only.


Some experts may hold professional licenses or certifications. However, all experts participate as coaches or educators only.


Participation does not establish:


• doctor-patient relationships
• therapist-client relationships
• counseling relationships


Members should seek qualified professionals for personal matters.

Expert Participation

Guest experts and practitioners operate as independent contractors.


Ashley June Co is not responsible for the outcomes of advice provided by experts.

Membership Billing

Sanctuary memberships operate on recurring billing cycles.


Members may cancel with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle.


No refunds are issued for completed billing periods.

Community Conduct

Members must engage respectfully.


Ashley June Co may remove members who:


• harass others
• spam the community
• violate faith-based standards


Removal may occur without refund.

Programming Changes

Ashley June Co may modify schedules or substitute experts due to illness or scheduling conflicts.


Membership grants access to the overall experience, not any specific expert.

Faith-Based Community

The Sanctuary is a Christian community where discussions may include prayer, scripture, and spiritual growth.


Participation in spiritual discussions is voluntary.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in The Sanctuary is voluntary.


Members accept responsibility for their own decisions, business outcomes, and personal actions.


Ashley June Co is not liable for member decisions made based on program content.
